No. Our honey contains 0% added sugar and no preservatives or additives.
Why does the taste or color of honey vary?
Honey is a natural product. Variations in taste, color, and texture occur due to seasonal changes, floral sources, and natural harvesting conditions. This is a sign of authenticity.
Does pure honey crystallize?
Yes. Crystallization is a natural process in pure honey and indicates authenticity. It does not affect quality. You can place the jar in warm water to return it to liquid form.
